Our Verdict
The Bluetti 200W Portable is a solid overall 200-watt solar panel. It's relatively lightweight, but not the lightest. It's easy to use and sets up relatively quickly. But it doesn't set up that quickly. It's also pretty efficient, but not more than average. It has some of the best-adjusting kickstand legs of any panel, and the MC4 connectors create a durable, waterproof panel. If you're looking for a good panel, and already invested in the Bluetti ecosystem of power stations and battery backups, then this is worth considering.

Likes
The Bluettie 200W is a relatively portable 200-watt solar panel.
It weighs 18.9 pounds. This isn't the lightest. In fact, it's pretty heavy for a folding solar panel. But it has a comfortable handle for carrying, clips to keep it folded while you walk, and a zippered pouch to store the charging cables.

It also has very usable and useful kickstand legs. Each leg has four adjustment points with snaps to hold the legs in that position. You can set the legs to 35, 40, 45, and 50 degrees.

Dislikes
The Bluetti 200W isn't the most efficient panel. We had hoped this would charge our power station faster.
In one hour, the Bluetti 200W generated 150 watts of power. This is just below average. But it's only about 10 watts below average.
It takes longer to set up this panel than some of the others we tested.
It's not difficult to unpack this panel, but it has a lot of snaps and buttons you'll have to finagle with. Also, the MC4 connections are difficult to clip and unclip. Ideally, you'll attach the necessary adaptor for your power station and never undo the MC4 connections again.

Should You Buy The Bluetti 200W Portable?
The Bluetti 200W isn't the lightest, or the most efficient, or the easiest to assemble and use. It's also one of the more expensive folding panels we tested. However, it's well-made and very popular, and it works well within the Bluetti ecosystem of backup batteries and portable power stations. And just because it's not the best in any category doesn't mean it isn't a great panel that performs well all-around.
