Our Verdict
The Marbero 200W Portable is an extremely affordable, lightweight folding 200-watt solar panel. This is the lightest folding solar panel we tested, making it very easy to carry from your trunk to your campsite and back. Due to the low weight, this is one of the few folding panels we'd feel comfortable storing on a high shelf. It also sets up very quickly, making the entire process of setting up your campsite easy, at least regarding your solar power station. It isn't the most efficient, though, and doesn't do great in high winds, either.

Likes
The Marbero is extremely portable. You'll never hesitate to throw this one in your car.
It weighs 14.2 pounds, which is the lightest folding 200-watt solar panel we tested. It folds down to 17 by 23 inches. It's just under 2 inches thick when folded, too.

We were able to set up this panel in 40 seconds. This is faster than average, and one of the easiest panels to unfold and plug in.
However, there were some other elements that make the Marbero less user-friendly, which we'll get into below.

Dislikes
The Marbero is not very efficient. We wouldn't want to rely on this to keep multiple large appliances charged.
In our side-by-side power efficiency test, the Marbero generated 134 watts per hour. This panel's efficiency is 18 watts below average.
While you can set up this panel quickly, we found the kickstand legs felt small and flimsy. There is also no way to adjust the panel's angle to a specific amount. In high winds, this panel feels noticeably weaker and less sturdy than competitors. We would be very cautious when using it in windy environments.

Should You Buy The Marbero 200W Portable?
The Marbero is one of the least expensive panels we tested. It's very portable and lightweight, so it's easy to haul wherever you need it. However, it isn't as efficient as many other 200-watt panels we tested. Also, it's easy for a gust of wind to blow this panel over, which isn't great.

What Other Solar Power Stations Should You Consider?
The Renogy 200W Portable is only a few ounces heavier than the Marbero while being much more efficient. The BougeRV Arch 200W Flexible is significantly lighter than any other 200-watt panel, but it doesn't fold so it's better for mounting to your roof. The least expensive hard-sided solar panel that still offers stellar power efficiency is the JJN Bifacial 200W.
