The semi-relaxed fit of the Rabbit EZ Tee is forgiving without feeling sloppy, and the slightly thicker fabric adds a comfortable weight on easy days that thinner shirts cannot match. The Quick n Fit material backs up the name with a genuinely soft hand, one of the best in the lineup. Raglan sleeves and flatlock seams work together to prevent chafe, and UPF 50 protection is a strong feature at this price point, offering excellent sun coverage for outdoor training. We found ourselves reaching for the EZ Tee on recovery days and easy-pace runs where comfort mattered more than peak ventilation.
Dislikes
The thicker fabric that makes the EZ Tee comfortable on cool mornings works against it in the heat. We noticed warmth building during faster efforts in humid conditions, and the breathability scored below average for running. There is no dedicated odor-control treatment, so this shirt needs washing sooner than options with antimicrobial or mint treatments. In our dryer testing, it took 25 minutes to dry, absorbing 2.9 ounces of water. The 6% spandex content likely contributes to both the comfortable stretch and the slower moisture release.
Should You Buy the Rabbit EZ Tee?
If you value soft fabric and a relaxed fit for easy runs, recovery days, and casual wear, the EZ Tee is a comfortable choice with solid sun protection. If your runs trend toward high-intensity or hot-weather training, the breathability limitations will push you toward lighter, more ventilated options.
What Other Running Shirts Should You Consider?
The Vuori Strato Tech Tee offers similarly soft fabric with better versatility, scoring, and anti-odor treatment. The Patagonia Capilene Cool Daily Shirt delivers better breathability, odor control, and overall versatility at a comparable price. For runners who want easy-day comfort with more airflow, the Brooks Dash T-Shirt is a lighter alternative.
