If you demand a ton of support up front from your boxer briefs, the Saxx Non-Stop Stretch are made to your exact specifications. The “ballpark pouch” found in this and other models of boxer briefs from Saxx kept our most sensitive bits quarantined from each other, allowing everyone in the room to breathe.
This design is heavily engineered, with a variety of different materials used to pull it off. We're impressed by Saxx's high quality, with everything working in unison for your wearing pleasure.
The four-way stretch of the main cotton and elastane fabric is one of the big reasons to put these boxer briefs on. Their rebound after being stretched is better than any cotton pair we've tried on.
This stretchiness comes in handy for when you're changing your position often and is perfect for those who are constantly moving around while working, or even those looking for a supportive pair of underwear while hiking or working out.
Dislikes
The Saxx Non-Stop Stretch wasn't at the top when it came to odor control; they're around average in this respect. This boils down to their mostly cotton construction. Cotton just holds onto stink better than other fabrics.
Also stemming from their cotton construction, breathability was also just okay and not a total standout. The thinner cotton material (reinforced with elastane) helps, but if breathability–especially when wet–is the most important metric for you, shop around for other options.
Should you Buy the Saxx Non-Stop Stretch?
If you love the front pouch design and are looking for a cotton boxer brief, the Saxx Non-Stop Stretch is nearly perfect. Likewise, if a stretchy cotton with great rebound sounds intriguing, these are an excellent pick. Being quite handsome-looking also doesn't hurt your chances of being happy with your purchase.
What Other Boxer Briefs Should You Consider?
The Saxx Vibe is another pair from the same company that's worth a look. Instead of cotton, the fabric is made of a bamboo-derived viscose, which we found breathed a little better. Plus, they come in several fun patterns. For a budget option, check out the Fruit of the Loom Eversoft CoolZone Fly Boxer, a synthetic pair with better support up front than most.
