Becca Glades

Becca is originally from a sleepy mountain village in New Mexico called Cloudcroft. She moved to Colorado to attend MSU Denver and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a secondary degree in Respiratory Therapy. After this, Becca spent a significant portion of her time as a respiratory therapist in the intensive care unit (ICU) and surgical robotics operating room. Becca's mind is naturally curious and analytical, and she enjoys experimenting and conducting experiments. She loves gear of all types and researches it to the point of exhaustion, so joining the GearLab team was a no-brainer.

Becca, who has had a lifelong interest in photography, received her first DSLR camera as a present when she turned 14. Since that time, her enthusiasm for photography has increased significantly. She enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, paddle boarding, and competing in triathlons. Most of all, Becca loves to spend time with her husband, son, and dogs.
