Our Verdict
The RockDove Two-Tone is a lightweight and inexpensive cotton scuff. Pretty basic in design, it's a decent no-nonsense slipper. Machine washable and relatively cheap, it may be a perfect slipper for those households, apartments, and dorms where you can expect the unexpected and just need something basic to handle the chaos. It's not overly warm, nor is it exceptionally comfy, but it is lightweight and simple, and its cotton construction helps keep sweaty feet from overheating.

Likes
A thin, mostly cotton upper makes the RockDove Two-Tone super breathable. This may be a good pick for anyone who runs hot, but still needs a slipper for cold floors in winter. We also find them to run a bit wide, which could be a plus for those with wide feet.

At just over 8 ounces, the Two-Tones are also pretty light, and pack down easily when traveling, or just when you need to put them away for the season.

Dislikes
We've certainly worn more comfortable scuffs, even for the less expensive selections we've made. Our tester's narrower foot was swimming in their wider profile, making them feel somewhat unstable to walk in, even indoors.
Warmth and insulation aren't the RockDove's strengths. Like other open-heeled scuffs, your foot is only partially covered. Adding to this, the upper is made of a thin cotton fabric, and the inner lacks any frill to its lining. The footbed does have memory foam to add some cush, but long-term, this may simply crush out.
Coupled with the loose fit, the outsole doesn't offer much traction, making these slippers a bad choice for any outdoor use. Indoors, even carpets could prove slippery.
Should you Buy the RockDove Two-Tone?
Overall, we don't recommend these. They lack in the warmth department, and they have such a floppy fit that we don't think they're worth the trouble to have to return. But if a super low price is what you're after and you have wide and sweaty feet, they might be your jam.

What Other Men's Slippers Should You Consider?
The Zigzagger Moccasin is an affordable clog-style slipper that's much warmer, comfier, and better fitting (and suitable to wear outside). When you're ready to take the plunge and invest in a wool and suede slipper, try on the UGG Scuff, or the wool Glerups Slip-On, which is temperature-regulating.
